Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) Reports
On December 16, 2014, the Canadian Government enacted the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) to increase revenue transparency and help deter corruption in the extractive sector. The Act became effective as of June 1, 2015. Under this Act, Relevant Gold is required to disclose, on an annual basis, any payments made to governments of Canada and abroad as defined by the ESTMA.
