Why Invest?

“Any time you can apply a really revolutionary idea to a new area and then be able to tie up a big piece of it, in an area where you know you can work, that’s a remarkable opportunity under any circumstances.”

Proven Value Creators

Relevant Gold Corp is guided by an experienced Board comprised of proven value creators with significant experience leading and guiding precious metals companies and achieving step-change value for shareholders.

Potential Mega District

Relevant Gold Corp has acquired more than 40,000 acres of mineral rights in two main camps – South Pass and Bradley Peak. Each of our five main projects have district scale potential with footprints larger than the Homestake mine.

Abitibi-Like Potential

The Wyoming Province was connected to the Superior Province at the time of gold mineralization (~2.65 billion years ago) before rifting apart and moving to its current day location. Wyoming has the same age rocks and structural terrain as the Abitibi gold belts, providing Abitibi-like potential for large-scale gold deposits.

Abundant Visible Gold at Surface

Several Relevant Gold projects have abundant visible gold at surface. A 2019 rock chip sample in Lewiston returned 62 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au). At Golden Buffalo over 500 ounces of gold has been historically produced from a small 20m trench and through metal detecting.

Multiple Permitted Drill Targets

Exploration drilling permits are in hand for the Golden Buffalo and Lewiston projects, with additional permits underway for other projects.

2nd Most Favorable Mining Policies

According to the Fraser Institute’s 2020 Policy Perception Index, Wyoming has the 2nd Most Favorable mining policies globally. In addition, our management team and board have significant experience with permitting at the Federal, State and Local Government levels in the USA.
