Rob Bergmann is CEO, director and cofounder of Relevant Gold.  A passionate, professionally trained geologist, Rob has over 14 years of exploration and mineral development experience across North America on commodities including gold, silver, copper, nickel, uranium, industrial minerals, and rare earth elements. Rob cofounded Big Rock Exploration in 2010 and has led the company through 10x growth. Today Big Rock is a premier North American mineral exploration service provider with over 45 scientists working with some of the largest mining companies in the world.  In addition to Relevant Gold, Rob is also president and cofounder of several privately held, innovative mineral resource companies, including Exsolve Recycling Technologies, F3 Gold, and Relevant Copper Corp. Rob has a B.Sc. in Geology from Winona State University and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME), and several other mineral resource-related organizations.

Brian Lentz is CXO, cofounder, and director for Relevant Gold. Brian has over 14 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry, servicing clients and projects across North America.  An exploration geologist by training, he quickly carved out a specialty as an innovative entrepreneur within the metal and mineral industries. In 2010, Brian cofounded Big Rock Exploration, a geological and technical consulting firm specializing in metals and minerals.  As Vice President, he has helped to establish Big Rock as a leader for geological consulting in North America, with a team of over 45 staff providing consulting services to companies ranging from small, private explorers to many of the world’s largest mining companies. Brian is also a cofounder of several other mineral asset and development companies, including F3 Gold, Relevant Copper Corp., and Exsolve, an emerging recycling technology company focused on extracting high-value battery metals from industrial metal waste. Brian is a Certified Professional Geologist through the American Institute of Professional Geologists.  He is a Licensed Responsible Explorer through the State of Minnesota and an active member in a number of industry organizations including Society of Economic Geology (SEG), and Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME).  Brian holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Winona State University.

Alan Hutchison is a partner in Osler’s Corporate Group. He practices in the areas of corporate finance and securities and corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance. Alan also practices in the areas of mining law and specializes in the mining sector. Alan regularly advises public companies and securities dealers in public and private financing transactions (both equity and debt), including private placements and prospectus offerings. Alan also regularly acts in take-over bids, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures. He also advises public companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations, and other regulatory compliance issues.

Mahesh Liyanage is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across diverse industries. He has strengths in Canadian public company reporting and regulatory compliance, business spin-offs/mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, Canadian and US tax compliance, including extensive experience in US and Mexican operations. For the past ten years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several exploration companies and gained valuable experience in managing the financial affairs of exploration companies.  Mr. Liyanage worked most recently as CFO for Orogen Royalties and Mirasol Resources.

Sam Siebenaler is an economic Geologist with nearly 20 years of experience, including 15 years in mining and exploration. He formerly worked as a Senior Geologist II at Newmont Mining, where he was involved with exploration project development, economic analysis, royalty oversight, strategic planning, metallurgical studies, and geotechnical. He also is experienced in sales, lead generation, marketing, and estimating. Prior to entering the mining industry, he served in the US Army as an Information Systems Assurance Officer. He has a passion for leadership and enjoys mentoring early career geologists as well as transitioning military veterans.

Kris Jensen oversees communications, marketing and investor relations for Relevant Gold. Over the past 20 years Kris has provided public relations and public affairs consulting to clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to public sector agencies, tribal governments, nonprofits, and industry and trade associations. Kris has extensive experience working with tribal governments, agencies, and tribally-owned businesses in the United States and applies this knowledge to provide insights into tribal consultation and tribal relations. For the past 5 years Kris has worked in the mining industry providing community relations and CSR support to F3 Gold and now Relevant Gold. Kris is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
